📦 Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days
Orders placed over weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery (1–3 working days): £4.99
Free Delivery: Orders over £50
Larger or heavier items may take 3–5 working days to arrive.
We deliver using DPD, Royal Mail, Evri, or another trusted courier.
Tracking details will be provided once your item is dispatched.
Click & Collect / Free Warehouse Collection: Customers may collect their orders free of charge from our Roydon warehouse once the order confirmation email has been received. Simply bring proof of purchase and your order number
🪴 Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, your order may arrive in separate parcels if items are shipped from different locations or suppliers. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
🧾 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.
